Programme : Transformation and extension of 2 apartment buildings on a busy commercial street into 3 large apartments including a duplex and commercial spaces on the ground floor.

The Buildings were occupied only on the ground floor by shops. The upper floors had remained abandoned and in a pitiful state. The project required the demolition and reconstruction of all the floors as well as many interior walls. The rear facades have also been transformed to accommodate large terraces for each dwelling.
